The client wanted to capitalize on the increase of CBD products being used for health care and wanted to specialize in topical patches for easier use for elderly consumers that can provide long lasting effects. In the client’s research they stuck with the idea of using terpenes in the branding - the chemical within marijuana that provides the calming and relaxing effects associated with the recreational drug. This led to the core of the circular branding using the collection of circles to represent terpenes under a microscope and to resemble the circular patches of the product. The branding also included a series of colors to help advertise the desired effects to consumers - as well to appear like an approachable product that those starting their ventures into CBD care can easily gravitate towards.
